Destiny Monique has her eyes fixed on the prize. This former Marine turned lingerie and swimsuit model knows where her path leads. While stationed at Camp Pendleton, near San Diego, she got a taste of the entertainment industry. Knowing Los Angeles is where dreams are made, she decided to plant some roots and make a name for herself. 1. What’s your Ethnicity?
I am mostly Mexican and Spanish with a little Indian and Chinese.
2. What’s your astrological sign?
Pisces.
3. Where are you originally from?
Houston, TX.
4. What did you like most about growing up in Houston?
Definitely the people, Southern Hospitality! I appreciate it more now that I live in LA and there’s a lot of not so nice people out here. (laughs)
5. What kind of mischief did you get into while growing up?
Actually, I was a pretty good kid. Wanting to date guys at an early age, that’s about it, my mom was really strict.
6. What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
Probably, Joining the Military and then being deployed to Iraq and Kuwait.
7. What brought you to LA?
The Marines, because I was stationed at Camp Pendelton near San Diego.
8. What’s your favorite hobby and why?
Working out. I like boxing, because It makes me feel good after.
9. What’s your guilty pleasure?
FOOD! I really like to eat food. I try to eat healthy, but my guilty pleasure is when I travel ordering room service and ordering everything.
10. Who do you admire?
I really admire my MOM, because she went through a divorce, raised three kids on her own, and everything she’s been through and how strong she is.
11. What’s one of your personal goals?
To be a better actress. I know that I’m still new and I know that I have to keep perfecting my craft.
12. What do guys compliment you on the most?
My Independence, because it’s rare and different especially out here.
13. What’s your favorite body part?
Cheek bones.
14. What’s your least favorite body part?
My height, I’m 5’4”, but I would like to be 5’7”-5’8”.
15. What do you look for in a guy?
A lot of stuff, I’m very picky! I look for a sense of humor, somebody who takes care of themselves, goal oriented, really smart and has things going for himself.

Confidence, the way he carries himself.
